GENERAL CONTRACTING AND SITE MANAGEMENTAs you may have concluded by now we approach our work from a different perspective than others may; we don’t just think outside the box we tend to live there. When we facilitate a project our approach is brought to bear on it. For a few examples, we seldom use cranes to raise our projects. Most of our senior staff are well versed in traditional raising and rigging techniques, which we prefer over the expense and environmental footprint of a large crane. If heavy equipment is required to aid a raising, there are other options that are better applied and have other abilities that a crane would not.
We require all members of the facilitating artisans from senior to junior, to take regular leadership roles on projects. This team building style allows the project to never be left without leadership and guidance. All understand the master design, have input in it, follow and lead equally and of course have complete ownership in the day-to-day accomplishments and challenges as they take place. We will facilitate your project succinctly, with clarity, and cogently.
