DESIGNWe enjoy working with clients and the dreams they have about the future space they will come to dwell within. We do not rebuff patrons that may bring an architect with them to an endeavor, conversely this is often a supplementary expense that is not warranted. It has been our experience that many architects have distinct agendas for what they have designed; releasing control or sharing facilitation of the project is not within their scope. We enjoy and encourage group collaboration of work, all with an equal voice from senior master artisan to junior apprentice.
From a financial perspective there is a savings in allowing us to be the design build group to facilitate your structure, we don’t charge for it. You may hire us just to design a project and engineer it, for this we charge standard architectural/p.e. fees. If we are retained to build and G.C. the project, these fees are waved.
